    Please go elsewhere if you like quick and friendly service. My husband and I came here with my sister and we waited at the entrance for a little over 10 minutes just to be acknowledged and seated (it was NOT packed and several servers passed and ignored us as we waited). Once seated, our waitress had a serious attitude problem. I honestly don't know when it's ever been okay to throw someone menus, but she certainly did. We decided to leave, as we wanted to enjoy our rare night out and were made to feel extremely unwelcome here. We all definitely recommend the Applebee's on Mesa (NOT THIS ONE), near Planet Fitness, to be honest. We ended up there and it was a completely opposite setting.

    The atmosphere is nice. And the food is okay. Its not bad its just not my favorite. The waitresses are very polite as well.

    Its always good but today not good at all. Their glass were dirty they felt grimy. Tjet took forever to bring out the food. The plate I got was stuffed rigatoni. The sauce was good but the pasta was not cooked right, it was hard was unable to chew it. They even forgot to bring out an appetizer.

    Absolutely horribly bad service here at this specific Appelebees. We've had this happen before but we decided to give it another chance. We took almost 2 hours waiting for our food. It is unacceptable when other people were coming in and were getting served food first.

    The service and waiters were very friendly. Thank you! Unfortunately I missed my favorite fajitas meal because the new style of fajitas isn’t tasty for me as it was. Now the fajitas are made with rise and gravy not mexican style at all. The beans are missing too. It’s a pity.
